Officer Victor LeClair

Officer LeClair holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and went on to get a degree in Physical Therapy. He is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. His past work experience includes: working as a personal trainer, a meal plan coach, a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Assistant at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and most recently working as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Officer LeClair  changed careers for two reasons. First, that he had always had a deep passion for becoming a police officer and helping to protect the public. Second, that he wanted to change the current narrative and negative outlook towards Law Enforcement. With all the challenges facing Law Enforcement, he wanted to join the ranks to help bridge the gap and reestablish positive relationships between Law Enforcement and the Community.

Officer LeClair joined the Hinsdale Police Department in early 2022 and graduated from the 189th New Hampshire Police Academy. He is assigned to the Patrol Division with aspirations of climbing the ladder of success.
